My girlfriend and I went in for her appointment at 11am. We arrived 10 minutes early and she was seated right around 11. The lady that did her nails was also the lady that checked her in, she seemed to be the boss and was in charge of check ins, phone calls, and looking over the other nail techs. My girlfriend only wanted her acrylics taken off then a polish put on. Upon being seated her tech left and was answering phone calls and checking on other customers/techs, this happened at least every few minutes. It took over 40 min just to get the acrylics off because she kept leaving to do other things. My girlfriend and I didn't want to stay because it was taking too long, so she asked the tech to just finish taking the acrylics off so we could leave. She proceeded to complain that it was a waste of her time and other places wouldn't even take her if she just wanted the acrylics off. Highly unprofessional and so rude. Service was terrible and my girlfriend will never be returning. As a manager myself, customer service is the upmost priority and it's sad to see that they didn't have the same priorities. Don't waste your time here!!

We, my girls and I, always get top notch service here. Tina is our tech and will go to others as well. They are all very nice and do what you like. Just ask and chat. 👍

I have been going here for years. Beautiful place, great massage chairs and great value! All staff is good, especially like the care Lily does❤
