I’ve been going here for a while and John, the owner, is one of the friendliest and helpful people. I used to go to another shop down the street, but they’ve won my nail business. The staff is great, I absolutely love the customer service they provide, and available color selection is massive. If you’re in the Tarzana area, you have to try this place out. You won’t regret it!

2 Stars for my fills: I have been getting my nails done for 25 years and just like most nail salons these days: they simply put new powder over old. The technician took less than 45 minutes to do my nails and she did not remove the old nails and powder first. When I get my fills done, I am always at the salon for 1.5 hours but not here. A week into my fills, I already have a broken nail. I will not be returning.

On a first picture you can see how they done it, on a second one its how i showed i want it to be done. Manager havent seen any problem with that. Totally doesnt worth 56$, but i hope next time experience will be better

I’ve been to this place a few times. I really wanted to like it because it’s so close to my house. I first went there for a fill. The girl cut my multiple times and my nails weren’t shaped correctly and lifted fast. I decided to give them a second try. Same thing. Shame on me, I decided to go and try a pedicure. Lady dig into the corner of my toe and cut me again! Then she tells me that it’s $5 extra no remove the gel polish I had on. That’s fine, but she told me after she removed it. It would be nice to know additional costs BEFORE you do them. Like what was I suppose to do at that point? Say no thanks? She had already done it. Anyway hoping I don’t get an infection and definitely won’t be going back again for anything. Cute place but their nail technicians need some training ASAP!
