Originally when I moved to Columbia, this was the first place I decided to get a gel pedicure. It was terrible and very unskilled. The way my nails were painted did not resemble the work of a professional. It was very questionable work. After I saw the finished product, I decided to never return.
However the biggest problem and true reflection of the people who work here came today. I am a film student and decided to use this location as my setting. Mostly because, visually it’s very colorful. (I am filming a mini-doc and only need footage of people getting their hands done...there was no interviews, i wasn’t in the way and i was very polite) Before today, I reached out to the store twice by phone, went to the salon in person to discuss my vision, and lastly even had a 15-20 min conversation with the manager and owner about my intention (all within 72 hours). I went to film today and the workers/employees were EXTREMELY rude to me! They rushed me out of the salon and repeatedly asked me if I was done only after filming for 30 mins. I could understand if they were busy or crowded. There were no customers and the shop was lifeless. If they didn’t feel comfortable with me filming they could have told me over the course of us communicating. I even called the shop this morning to make sure everything was okay and re-explained my plans. It was very unprofessional. I received at least 10 other rejections from several nail salons; it wouldn’t have hurt my feelings if they said no. Instead, they wasted my time, gas and forced me to find a shop at the last minute! Although I didn’t get any services on that day, this was a true reflection of their customer service and how they value prospective customers. Plus, not to mention....this was somewhat free advertisement.
Along with actually learning how to do their job well, they need etiquette classes!!!!!! I will never go back to this location.

Not sanitary. I got my toes done with French tip and I got home and my entire pinky toe, including skin was white. Do not recommend

Very pushy, went in for just a full set with polish. They kept trying to get me to get gel after i said just polish multiple times. Then tried to push a pedi also so had to say no multiple times. I was disappointed in the quality. The polish was applied sloppy and a nail came off in a week. Need them redone but refuse to go back even if they are the only one open today (sun) I’ll be waiting til Monday 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

Don’t go here. Went for a pedi and the lady who was doing mine had to keep stopping to answer the phone bc the other girl DOING NOTHING wouldn’t answer. Won’t be back
