I like Ocean Nails for what it is - a no nonsense nail place. The people who work there are nice and accommodating. They do your nails and that's that. ..no fancy shmancie anything and I guess that's why the prices are so low. ... $17 for a gel manicure. What I don't like about the place is that it's in need of some cleaning and maintenance. I was there for a manicure and used the bathroom. The sink had a sheet of paper in it that said the sink was broken and not to use it. I returned over 2 weeks later and the same paper was in the sink. I understand that dust is just part of the territory that comes with a nail place but the dust is everywhere. . The lights into which hands are placed to cure the nail gel feel scuzzy. As I mentioned, this is a low key place that is not designed to give you that spa feeling but it would be nice to feel that the owners care about your experience enough to clean and maintain it better.

Rude and unprofessional. My fiancée has been going here for a while and she got treated like garbage today. The guy started yelling at her over a mistake his people made. Do yourself a favor and find a new place if this is your go to.

Decent cheap gel manicure. No frills but still looks nice.

They have horrible customer service I made an appointment and still waited an hour for someone to see me. Then they charged me the same amount as a full set even though I got a fill in. They said it was because of a “shape change” but I came in with the exact same shape. Horrible never going back.
