This place is amazing! They are so detail on everything they do. Jackie was amazing! She did such a great job on helping me select a color for my mani / pedi. Andrea rocked it! She did such a great job and made me feel at home. Everyone is so professional, hands down the best salon I’ve ever been to. I wish there was one in Houston.

I've had my nails done here a few times and now I refuse to go back. The first few times were okay, nothing special but nothing too bad. But the last time I went was horrific - the nail technician was so aggressive with the file that my fingers were bleeding and yet she ignored that factor and pretended it didn't happen with no apology or acknowledgment. Then she stalked me to the counter to ensure I left a good tip when I felt she deserved none. The management was minimally responsive with the complaint afterwards and said they would give me 20% off my NEXT appointment... not even a refund for the horrific experience that left my fingers in pain for days after... not going back and I would steer clear of this place.

Amazing place, I would recommend to everyone looking for a relaxing escape or girls day at a reasonable price. The place was clean, the staff was very nice and the pedicure was very relaxing. My nails look amazing.

Do not go here, or at least avoid a manicurist named Erica. The place is clean and the decor is nice. However, none of the staff is particularly friendly. This was my first mani/pedi ever and probably last. She sanded my heel so hard that my skin cracked open. I told her about it after that the skin really burned and she ignored it. She did everything in a hurry and was so rough. It's 3 days later and my heel has now scabbed over and is still in pain when I step on it. Avoid at all costs.
