I am a regular and I would never go to any other nail salon. The best work done and best attitude from the staff out of any salon I’ve been to. Once they kept me an hour past closing time because I ran in 15 minutes to close time without calling ahead, yet they made sure my nails looked amazing and didn’t try to rush me or any treatment at all. I would spend all day in this salon, the staff is truly the best. So attentive, friendly, and personal. They are all so sweet and always give 110%! It is so so calming, everything about it is perfect!!! They make everything so easy and relaxing that I never want to leave. Everyone I take to this salon becomes a regular and never wants to go back to another salon again!

Every time I come here, I always have the best experience. The staff is wonderful and very welcoming. They are hard workers so, tip well. Best nail salon in my book.

I have been a regular customer here since March. I have loved how friendly all of the staff is, and how well of a job they do! However, my last trip to get my acrylics filled was an experience that I hope was only an isolated incident. I walked in and knew none of the staff that I had gotten to know, and was familiar with, which not a big deal, but the fact that the salon was EMPTY which is something that I have NEVER seen at this salon before sent a red flag up to me. Something was not right. I proceeded anyway. There were 2 new people that, that I had seen the last time I was there, but last time I was there, both of these individuals told me that they did not know how to do the fillings for the acrylic nails and the gel polish. The new man sat me down, I figured that he had learned from Emily or her sister. It was the most unpleasant experience I have experienced at this salon! I had to have a quite a few of my nails fixed, which I knew needed to be taken care of, no big deal. But he "fixed" my nails in such a way that a week later and the tips of my fingers and my nails still hurt. I have regularly maintained acrylic nails on and off for the past few years and I have done a lot of research to make sure that I am going to places that know how to properly take care of my nails. And this gentleman did not perform to Better Nails standards. I like to keep my nails rounded instead of square, which was a battle at the last salon I went to, hence why I chose to go over to Better Nails last spring. And I ended up walking out with inconsistently shaped nails, then he proceeded to have my put my hands under the UV lights as he was putting the acrylic on, not even the gel polish yet (which was strange). Once the fixing was done, I was expecting him to make sure that they were all rounded and also the thickness of the entire nail was even...he did not. Now I have mis-shapened nails with uneven thickness, and noticeable dips throughout the nails, which several of my customers have commented on during meetings with them. But to top it all off, the polish job is no where near worth what I paid for. The color has covered my cuticles, the top coat is uneven and does not cover my entire nail, and in some spots it is already lifting from my natural nail, mind you it has been less than 1 week since I went in, and average about 2-3 weeks in between fillings. I hope that this was a one-time incident, but it is definitely making me second guess my decision to keep going there, as I have moved out of Malvern, and I now work in Wayne. I make the trip for this place, when I could easily go to a salon closer to my job or my home. So now, being out more money than my usual visit, I am stuck with fingers that hurt, bad nails, and cuts below my nail beds due to the mishandling of the tools. If there has been a change of ownership, they should consider letting their regular customers know so we may be aware of the changes.
