They had excellent service!!! :)The place is very comfortable. Would like to give more than 5 starts. Tran and Everyone are very nice. Would like to see them again.

Mani - Pedi time!? Give Michele Nails a go! They give excellent service at this salon, they're all so very nice and you are greeted as soon as you walk in the door. I hadn't been here in about three years and when I walked in, a few of the girls immediately recognized myself and my daughter and let us know we were missed. Now THAT is great customer service!

New to the area and thought I'd give Michele's a try because of the reviews here. Wow. Perfect pedi experience! Comfortable, clean and inviting atmosphere... The pedi itself was perfect but the hot stone shoulder massage was the icing on the cake! Highly recommend

Cam is the best. She has done my nails since 2006. I live about an hour away , but work near the salon. I make sure to have her do my nails while I'm in town.

After frequenting this salon every 3 weeks for over 15 years, my mom and I were given the bums' rush, my spa ped was 25 mins, moms 20 mins, normally 60 mins. They had booked a better tipping client at the 1/2 hour and both of our people were to do them. I usually tipped $5.00 but was repeatedly being called and asked to change my appt time, then they weren't ready at the new time. They won't be seeing any more of my money!
