This place is amazing! I went today to get my nails done and did not expect it to come out the way it did. Jessica took care of me and really hooked it up nice. The front desk was pleasant and they took care of me right away. I understand some reviews are negative. But thank goodness I read it with a grain of salt. Jessica is really good with gel tips and stones. - Shay

Aweful and stressful experience. Came in for a gel manicure and pedicure. The women who did my pedicure cut my toenails and filed them in different lengths. She also cut the cuticle surrounding the toenails with a buffing machine. When I tried to speak with her she didn’t understand me and had to call the guy at the front desk to come and translate. I asked the guy can another tech finish and fix the mess she created and he told me no. I decided not to do my gel manicure. This was my first experience and Definitely my last. My pedicure tech rushed through the job so she could sit and watch a movie. I uploaded a picture.

Second time at this salon today I went for short full set. My boyfriend told me to get a soft purple so while I was at the nail polish section my nail tech told me to get a darker purple . I asked why ? She replied because it looks better with my skin color . I told her everything goes with my skin tone and with a smart remark she replied really ? How disrespectful to tell an African American female that . So I won’t be going back plus my nails wasn’t the best look. They don’t take their time with what they’re doing . Bad customer service please do better for future customers!

Very respectful, Beck did an amazing job with my nails, Michel did an amazing job on my feet and leg massage!!! Keep up the great work guys!
