This place is under new management which is a MAJOR improvement! I'm so glad because I live a block over and this is very convenient for me. I was a little turned off after a not so great manicure but the new manager (Dani) took such great care of me and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I got dip powder almost a month ago from her and just had it redone yesterday. It was still in great shape, just needed a fill. My new main (shown in pics) is probably my favorite manicure I've had! I showed her a design from Pinterest and she duplicated it perfectly. You can also now book your appointments through their website. I'm happy and recommend!

Since they have gained new ownership it's obvious they are concentrating on customer service. I love their color selection! Staff is courteous and friendly. I like how spacious and clean everything is. Their chairs are some of the best in town. I talked to the owner and she is working on new signage. I would highly recommend this place for large group events or a relaxing day. I greatly appreciate that they accommodate my crazy schedule and never have I been turned away when I have last minute needs.

I have been going to Danny for a couple months now, and she ALWAYS does an outstanding job, as well as being very personable. My husband has also had a pedicure here, and really thought they did a wonderful job. I always recommend this place to anyone in the Denver area that needs a good nail salon. 👍👍

So disappointed! I came here to get a manicure and pedicure as a treat for my birthday. The pedicure was good, but I got a shellac manicure and it is quite possibly the worst I’ve ever had. I’ve been getting shellac only for 4-5 years now, and this was among the worst! After I got home, I noticed that there were several little bubbles on 4 of my nails. They weren’t super significant but it bothered me that I had just gotten my nails done and they weren’t perfect. I let it go, but a few days later the shellac started peeling up at the edges. Typically, for me, shellac lasts at least 3 weeks before it starts peeling. This manicure started peeling maybe 3-4 days after my manicure! And now, 1.5 weeks later, almost every single one of my nails is peeling or has peeled off entirely. I wanted to like this place because of the proximity to my house, but I’m not going to pay $30+ for a shellac manicure that won’t even last a week before it starts peeling. Waste of money.

DO NOT COME HERE THEY ARE SUPER UNORGANIZED! EXTREMELY unprofessional and messy with their scheduling. My impression is that they want as many people in the door as possible for their benefit. My girlfriend and I showed up for our appointments - we had to wait 20 minutes. More customers showed up for their appointments - they all had to wait. One gal was very vocal about the situation and stormed out. I also noticed they don't sanitize their utensils after every use. They also offer waxing services, think twice about getting waxed here because they don't have a privacy curtain or door for the wax room. Nobody wants to hear customers groan in pain.
