I recently visited Anthony Vince’ Nail Spa and unfortunately, I was left quite dissatisfied with the outcome of my visit. From start to finish, it felt like a rushed and unpolished experience.
Firstly, the outcome of my nails was far from satisfactory. They appeared sloppy and lacked the attention to detail that I expected from a professional nail salon. It seemed like the technician hurried through the process, resulting in a less-than-perfect result.
Furthermore, the service itself felt rushed. There was a lack of attentiveness and care during the appointment, leaving me feeling like just another task to check off the list.
Overall, my experience at Anthony Vince’ Nail Spa fell short of my expectations. The sloppy outcome and rushed service left me feeling disappointed and highly unlikely to return in the future.

I complained about my nails and they said they’d fix it but only the person that messed it up can fix it. So initially the reason behind it looking chunky was because I got a fill and not a fresh set so it’s my fingers that’s making it chunky looking. Then it was because of the color chosen as to why it’s chunky when I said she did more than the prescribed two coats of polish.
They said okay it’ll be an hour, hour and a half wait when she’s almost done they’d call me. I decided I’d come back in an hour, the person that was in the chair when I left IS NOT who I found in the chair when I come back. So I said something about it and Robert says now, “ No I said 2 people it’ll be an hour, hour and a half like I told you. I then say, “it’s been an hour and 15 minutes already.” He responds, “ Oh has it ? Well when she’s done with this one, she’ll fix your nails.”
I’ve now been waiting 2 hours and 30 minutes to get my nails fixed.
If I ever come back here again I will not be doing to Cindy. How you mess up something so simple is beyond me.
When I asked for another tech, he tells me he doesn’t have anyone available as I’m looking at 5 techs not doing anything.
NOW it’s my nail bed why it looks this way, to them it’s not chunky. All the years I’ve been getting my nails my nail bed or a refill instead of fresh set hasn’t made my nails look like this. & If they change the color they have to charge me $25.
This is the 3rd Anthony Vince I’ve been to, and by far the worse I must say.
Landstowne VB hasn’t let me down yet, I just didn’t want to make the drive. This is what laziness gets me.
The lying and run around story is very unprofessional. 4 hours of my day wasted.

I visited for the first time yesterday & WOW- my nails have never looked better! I got the dip polish & my nail tech, Tina, was fast, friendly & did an amazing job on my nails. Their prices are very reasonable too & this is probably the cleanest nail shop I have ever seen. I will def be back!

On the 2nd picture those were done 2 weeks ago my daughter and mine those were done by Cindy she also did an amazing job.
My daughter and I really like the service at this location the staff is amazing I love the fact how they’re so friendly. Most important they didn’t even get bothered by my 11 month on grandson. A big thanx to all the staff at this location love it.

I went today to get a nice manicure and gel application. I hated the result. The nail artist that did the work didn’t prepare my nail properly, there was no cuticle softener/remover applied, she did not use the Cuticle pusher at all.
She went straight to Base coat
And Color gel polish application and unbelievably No Top coat to finish my nails. This color clearly needed more time and at least one more application. I paid $40 + tip for this job and I ended up buying some nail polish and applying it myself. I am very upset with this service and would not recommend.
