Was in Bella Nails for a week and needed my nails done. Walked in and they were very welcoming. They did an excellent job on my gel manicure. Very gentle and thorough. Would recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Horrible nail shop. I came in for a fill and left out with crooked, uneven, bumpy nails. I told the nail tech who did my nails that I was dissatisfied with my nails. Her response was “ sorry you don’t like your nails but we have a long line of people waiting”, indicating that she wouldn’t be able to do anything to fix my nails. When I went home I called the manager to let him know of my dissatisfaction. His response was to call back tomorrow because everyone was going home. I called back the next day and another tech answered the phone and told me that the manager was not in today and that they were too busy to help me. Terrible customer service. There are plenty of other nail salons in the area.

I got paronychia on 3 of my finger nails after coming here! Do not go to this place!!!!
I've been on antibiotics for 2 weeks because the infection is so bad. Spare yourself. This place is filthy.
