They do a really great, thorough, job. I take one star off because they can get rude and have attitudes when you can't understand an instruction given. That leads to how hard it is to understand some of the workers when they ask you something, but in the end they work quickly, but well. Loved the way my acrylic tips came out.

I got my nails done here on December 21. Not only has the price in this establishment went up they have unprofessional nail techs servicing customers. I was worked on by a young lady who took two hours to do a full set that had no designs just gel. It is now December 30 and one of my nails has popped off. I spent $50 which is a rip off for the length and service I asked for. I have attached a picture so you can see what happened. I have gotten my nails done here before and this is my first bad experience this soon.Happy new year

AVOID THIS NAIL SALON!!!! I went for a gel pedicure and some acrylic nails. When I was in the chair the lady tells me it is 40$ for a gel pedicure, I usually pay 28$, I tell her never mind the gel to just do regular polish. She then says okay okay 35$ for gel. I tell her no I want regular. She continues to do my toes while repeating to me "gel? No gel?" Every 2 minutes, by the end my pedicure was a miserable experience. Now when I sat down to do my acrylic nails I was asked every 2 minutes if I wanted gel when I finally gave in. The shape is nothing like I wanted, and I kept telling her to make them slimmer & less thick. The nail file she was using was old & dirty. She then proceeded to paint my nails. When I complained about the shape then she begins to ARGUE with me that it is my fault I didn't tell her... please don't waste your money here like I have!!

I swear...every time I go to these places around the Liberty area, they just save the most incompetent workers all for me. So I go in there and ask for gel manicure and a regular pedi. I'm actually taken aback by the look of the place because it looks way more run-down than Pink Nail Spa (like half a block away) yet they charge more. Hmm? I decided to look past that because I'm seeing a higher star rating than the other place. I'm getting the process of my pedi done and while she's snipping off the cuticles, she cuts me (not bleeding but now I feel a sting) and I tell her to be careful. So she slows down and finishes cleaning my toes nicely. Bravo. She's skilled in that area of the job. We get to the gel mani and I swear it's her first time doing it. Cuts me twice on my fingers! One so deep that I'm bleeding for a minute. I'm not sure if it's a common occurrence to just get cut badly when you get your nails done but it was just ridiculous. Also, while she was using the dremel nail file to get my original gel off, dust was flying everywhere to the point that it got on my freshly done toes. There was no proper ventilation for the dust to go. Customers are sitting there breathing that dust in. Now, how did the nail job look at the end? In my eyes, not good enough for the prices they charge. The nails were not shaped nicely and you can tell that the gel polish should have been applied more. Another reason why I went to this place is because I've always seen this place crowded since it opened and that was way over 10+ years ago. Tsk tsk. At the end of the day, I'm never going back here again.

I did my nails on friday, it’s sunday and look at the dirt that this low quality gel polish has accumulated. This was like this the day after as well.
