Pro Happy nails is very professional and accommodating to each customer. I always make my appointment ahead of time with Dorothy. I’ve been going for over 7 years. No issues ever!

I will never come back to this place again. The owners sister gave me a manicure and a pedicure and it was the worst service I have ever received. She was in such a hurry she skipped half of the steps. I paid extra for my pedicure and she did not even use lotion. My gel polish was awful. They got polish all over my fingers and did nothing to get it off. I went on a Saturday and all of my gel polish was lifted on my fingernails by Friday. It did not even last a week. I will find a new place and pay more before I go and support this business.

They had a $25 special for manicure and pedicure. I asked if I could pay the difference to get a gel manicure they said sure. Assuming that would be five or ten dollars. When I went to pay my total was $48 ridiculous! Don't visit this place they are a rip-off!

STOP!!!!...Do not waste your time or money visiting this so called nail spa. The name doesn't represent the service. There are no pros and you won't be happy. The shop is dirty, cluttered unsanitary. The workers are rude and pushy. They assume instead of confirming the request of the client. And they front off the clients by talking across the room instead of using discretion. I will never, ever.....ever ever ever go there again. And I'm going to file a complaint with the Better Business Beareau as they shouldn't be able to get away with this behavior. After all PRO is short for professional which is not represented in this shameful shop.

Very friendly and clean. Yvonne did my pedicure and painted cute flags on my toes! I definitely would come back here again!!
