there is usually never a wait even without an appointment. They do a lot of extras...water, back massage, etc...at no charge. I think their service is top notch and would highly recommend.

I have been a customer of this salon for almost two years and all the ladies there have always been wonderful, however I had a very negative experience there with Sherill. It was the worst customer service I ever received in my life. She was rude with me and scolded me simply because I politely said there were some lighter spots on my polish and asked for another coat. She also did not like that I wanted at first to compare colors before deciding on a color. It is shocking to me that she is allowed to deal with customers with such a horrible, rude and disrespectful attitude, and no customer service skills whatsoever.

I have been to many salons and by far this salon is the best. They know customer service. Polite attentive and the massages are off the chart. They do little things too that make a difference.
