This is a very nice JCPENNEY location. The layout is fine and pleasing to the eye. However, customers should be prepared to wait in line to pay for their purchases. This location has done away with the departmental point of sale registers in favor of one line of about 5-6 in the front of the store. Once you stop looking for a traditional register & find this line, you must wait. One lady actually put her items back & left. At least it was by the door😏. Very nice location overall. I would shop there again if not on a tight schedule.

Very nice clean organized store. Lots of things in this store to check out. I go here to get my dress shoes and dress clothes sometimes. Prices are somewhat high depending on what you get. Bargains can also be found in here on some stuff. Very friendly employee's. Never had a bad experience here. I definitely recommend this place to anybody.

Stoped byJ.C. Penny on Thursday 8/ 17. I had seen an add where they had Levi's jeans on sale. Went in with the intention of buying three pair could not find anyone to wait on me to find the kind that I was looking for. Waited 15 minutes looking for someone. went to the register to get them to send someone over but they had about 10 people waiting in one line so I said have a good day . will not be back.

Really like Penney store. Very clean and good service. Never hard to find people to answer a question.

This is my favorite shopping place, they have many good deals, and their clothes are good quality.
