I will never have my nails done at this location. I scheduled an appointment online and when I arrived I was told there was no one there to do the service. It was for an acrylic fill! How do you run a nail salon with no one available to provide a basic service that you offer!?!? I mean you are a nail salon, right? I asked if there was another time we could reschedule, and I was told they were understaffed, so there was "no way of knowing when someone will be available". I took time away from work, drove out there, and no one bothered to call and advise me of the situation. I'll take my $150 a month to another salon; thanks.

this salon was changed the new manage to serve more better for clients.I really like the manager here, she very friendly and sweet.I went into the salon to get my nails done before work today and loved it! She did my nails exactly how I liked them and took her time with them.She even help me color match according the picture I brought in of how i wanted my nails ! Will be back for sure.

I'm new to the area and it's been hard to find a place to get my nails done, but I've finally found it! This place is so clean and Kathy was so sweet! I'll definitely be coming back!

I was not impressed at all. I had a gift certificate for 58 dollars. I asked for a standard pedicure and a manhattan manicure. I ended up with nails that look like they were painted by a child and some kind of acrylic powder dip on my nails and she charged me 75 dollars. I couldn't really understand what was being asked of me or told to me. I feel like there was a complete lack of effective communication. I won't go back there.
