Helpful staff, clean apt. Quiet, nicely landscaped complex.

This place is in dire need of new management. The people who currently work here and run this place are an unhealthy mix of incompetent and passive. Firstly, this place used to have free internet access. Now internet is only accessible here through codes you have to buy directly from the office, and much like the internet itself here, the codes they provide work erratically at best. When the staff are confronted about either of the faulty codes or internet, they'll either A.) give you the runaround with excuses ("it's not working for anyone" and "I just got here, I don't know what's going on, come back later/tomorrow" to quote the most common things one would hear from them) or B.) argue with you about it to avoid either giving you new codes or a refund. (I'm sorry, why exactly can't they just activate the codes they've already given you? These folks are not very open with the whys of how things do and do not work here, it's borderline arbitrary.) The employees are also not above lying to you to avoid accountability, so beware. The older woman in the pink Budget uniform is the guiltiest for this habit. I suspect she just doesn't care to be bothered, even if it's her job she's supposed to be doing. Secondly, there are two security guards here that I'm aware of and had experiences with. They both have a hard tendency to antagonize and/or escalate situations where it's never needed. Seeing as they're unhelpful and jackbooted, if you're going to stay here long term, avoid them as much as you're able to. They aren't actually there to keep you or your belongings safe, but they WILL threaten you baselessly with fines, if that's what it takes for you to "respect their authority" lol Thirdly, their beds are mega-firm. Get a mattress topper if you can't handle unyield-y mattresses, otherwise your back is gonna have a bad time. (I mean, unless hard mattresses are your schtick. No judgment here.) Fourthly, there are no available 2 bedroom suites. You'll need to go on a waitlist, and that waitlist is pretty long. So you can expect to see some of these single room suites packed to the brim with people or hoarders. We lived next to one for a while, and it really sucked for everyone there and for everyone living around them. I think they even got evicted because there were so many people living there. Fifthly, the walls here are pretty thin, and if you've got upstairs neighbors, expect to hear them a lot. If you've got downstairs neighbors, expect them to complain. Also, not only do these rooms (and I've stayed in more than one) REEK of cigarettes, I had to scrub BLACK MOLD out of both of the windows inside. It was gnarly, took multiple scrubs. Pros: they're pet-friendly. I think it's just a one-time fee that they say you can get back, but with their propensity to lie, don't expect it. They're also all-utilities paid except for internet. Depending on how many connections you need, you might be spending more here than you would if you could install your own internet. I think it's $7.00 per code. Overall, if you're in a pinch, they're fine short-term at $1100+tax a month. But the longer you stay, the more you'll see how deeply wrong this place is and how it's run. Either way, I don't recommend supporting this place in general. Not until they gut this place of its capriciously problematic staff. These are honestly not the kinds of people you want working with the public, nevermind a place where people live.

I'm not a fan of this overly expensive, temporary living accommodations but im glad it exists. The ladies at the front desk try really hard to be accommodating. They charge you for WiFi, there are no kitchen utensils, no shower curtain or towels, you must bring everything you will need for cooking utensils or bathroom goods.they do exterminate regularly but there are still roaches and roach traps everywhere because humans are nasty critters and don't know how to clean up things properly. I can't really recommend staying here unless you absolutely have to. My room was freshly painted, and exterminated so it was as clean and fresh as they could make it. FYI an apartment is actually cheaper than staying here for more than 2 weeks. Like $1400.00 a month plus deposit and WiFi, and if you have pets you can only have 1 and its 20.00 a week pet rent and 300.00 deposit. You must have a parking sticker or you will be towed at the Managers discretion.

I absolutely do NOT RECOMMEND this place!! The ppl that stay there are very obviously strung out on drugs! My husband and I went to the office to try to get a room since our lease was up until we could find a permanent place to live. They had a dry erase board that said $239 weekly but when the lady explained prices, all of a sudden it was way more than what they advertised! My husband and I actually know someone who is staying there and they have a felony that's not even 5 years old which is fine.. But when we asked the lady about them accepting felons she said " we don't accept felons" so they refused to rent a room to us!! Funny bc you actually have a felon staying there but you don't accept felons??? She was not very nice at all and just had an attitude from the second we walked in. Never going back there, even if they did accept us.
