Customer service is GREAT, however all the services that we need are down 3 levels of stairs and my elderly clients struggle to do the up and down the many stairs. I am shocked this kind of place is not convenient for all. So if my clients have to be in a wheelchair soon they will not be able to have certain services done at this place. Very sad because they love the workers!

When I first came to Sopra I had a bad break up with my last stylist due to a massive miscommunication and a horrible cut. I've seen two amazing girls here and both are fantastic. Alisha has repaired my hair drama and my trust in other women. She didn't judge the thick mop of hair and gave me something workable. I think I've found my match!! PS Kat always makes me feel like I belong as soon as I step through the doors. Love everything about this place

Sara D is the best! From a drastic short cut, trim, or a platinum blonde highlight.. she has never done me wrong! Love this salon
