Last week was my first time coming, and I got nexgen and a pedicure. My nail tech was super sweet! The pedicure tech my toes look like a 5 year old did them. I really thought this was going to be my go to nail salon. One week later my nails look so horrible like if they were 2-3 weeks old. I came back today and the nail tech who did them originally was not there and they had another one do them, I told them my situation and at first they tell me come back tomorrow when the original lady who did them is back and then the lady who “fixed” them said she could do them. We were looking for the same shade for about 5 minutes until she gave us and all she did on my nails were smooth them out and redo the clear coat. She was such in a rush and when I left she left behind me and it was so obvious she was such in a rush because her ride was here. What a disappointing nail salon. Not worth the money or The service. Definitely do not recommend this place.

I went to the salon on a Monday afternoon so it was pretty calm. My sisters and I were attended quickly. They handed us sample books and a complimentary beverage. As the tech was working, she jerked my hands around and even burned me a couple of times explaining that it was because my nails were sensitive. She painted the first nail and I quickly told her that I had requested a different color. She removed Color #1 and continued to paint my nails Color #2. I was precautious and asked her if THIS was the correct color. The nail tech insisted the color would look different when she was done. When she finished, I was a little confused because my nails were still a different color from what I had requested. The tech left very quickly after she was done with my nails so I went up to the cashier/ manager and asked if they could change the color. She told me that nothing was wrong with my nails and that the color looked very nice. I proceeded to show her the sample books that had the correct color. She admitted the color was different and offered to do them another color but that in this case she made no guarantees that my nails would end up the correct color(#285). I was appalled that they knowingly offer options with a promise to deliver the correct color and style. If she had explained to me prior to the service that chrome nails are difficult to achieve an accurate color, I would have understood but that is not the case with chrome nails at all.
I would honestly take my hard earned money elsewhere. The manager was not offering viable solutions to the dilemma and continuously told me I should have just been appreciative of a “job well done”. The gold chrome gel nails (they recommended) turned out awful in terms of color accuracy, paint quality, and durability.
Day 4: Half of my nails have chipped polish and I am not very active with my hands.

Salon is nice but they were in a rush and didn’t get nails the color I wanted and messed up my cousins eyelashes. When I told her I wanted more blue then white she said at the end it would look better (which it didn’t). Didn’t even get offered a drink 🙄

This is my go to place. Very clean and everyone does a good job. They have many options for next gen nails. They also have student and teacher discounts.

If I could leave a negative rating I would!! Today was my first time ever going to this nail salon, as I was a walk in, I was told to just go pick a color. I told the lady I wanted nexgen so she just pointed to the books and I chose a color. I was told it would be extra and I was okay with that. Then ask me if I can tell her what shape I wanted so I told her I wanted Square after she added the tips she started clipping the corners and I was upset because I asked her for square she was very rude and had an attitude when I told her that I wanted them shaped better. I couldn't even let her finish putting the top coat because I was so furious at how she was treating me jerking my hands around so I just got up I wash my hands and I asked her how much they were she said that they were going to be $36 and I absolutely refuse to pay that much for trash the owner or the manager had offered to fix them but I was just so upset and heated that I needed to leave once that had happened she proceeded to grab my arms and start pulling me so once that had happened I told her do not put your hands on me I put down a $20 bill and I walked out of the building I will never go to the salon again come here at your own risk you probably will not get good quality service here they only seen to care about their regular clients and not new ones
