I will NOW be going to see Kathy at Best Nails & Spa. Very professional, clean, fully staffed, dedicated nail facility. They have a friendly receptionist, they follow COVID19 guidlines. Kathy took her time paying attention to detail and gentleness. I observed the other clients around me. They were happy and fullfilled with their service. I had been loyally going to Annie's Nail Salon in Royal Oak for the last year and it recently went downhill. I usually get a rush job on my fingernails there, so they're always lumpy looking with uneven trimmed nails for a $40 powder dip job. They even charge me $5 extra everytime to take off their powder dip job they put on me! Annie's nails only has 2 women working that rush you when it's slow and dead. The youngest girl is under 21, not certified, unexperienced, non english speaking, and drills into your natural nails causing pain and bleeding. She is often left alone when the other girl is off work there. So I stopped going. I'm very thankful for finally finding a legit place I can trust at Best Nails in Madison Heights :)

You are greeted right when you walk in. They are very nice. They check your temperature. Then they give you a shield to put on over your mask. At all the stations there she a shield separates your and who ever is working on your nails. Its also nice and clean. I have been going here for some years now even waited till the opened back up when they did there remodel.

Thi is AMAZING. She will do ANY nail art you show her. She never says no. She's the best at eyebrows too! Love her!!

I arrived at 645pm they close at 8pm. I asked if they had time to do an Mani pediatric was told sure no problem. The nail tech did my pedicure I asked for a design on my big toe and ring fingers she said no problem there would be an extra charge and she would do the design upfront. She took a long time to do my pedicure and rushed to do my nails. I got shellac she said design next time honey I hot to get going. My top coat is poor there are lots of bubbles and my nails feel like they have waves in them. I asked her why she said come back tomorrow I fix for you. Horrible experience I have going to this salon for 10 years and it's just getting worse and worse.
