I've been a loyal customer for a few years. Staff are great, customer service is great, but the polish is old. Gel manicures usually start to lift and peel after a week.

My visit started off well enough. I did enjoy that they offered a hot stone massage with the pedicure. However, I brought my own top coat and when the nail tech started to use my top coat as a base I told him it was a top coat and not a base. His response was that they were the same thing. Well, according to google they are not. According to the internet, a base bonds to both the nail and the polish whereas the top coat bonds best with the nail polish only. Once we were onto my manicure I asked the tech if he would please use a dedicated base coat and not the top coat I had brought along. Once again he told me they were the same thing and I told him I'd prefer a designated base coat be used regardless. Then he went to put on my top coat again as my base... I once again reminded him to please use a BASE. After he began to paint my nails with the color he left half way through. A new tech was sent to finish painting and was clearly flustered and confused which step we were on. The next thing I know my one hand has two coats of polish and the other only one and she is beginning to paint the nails with top coat. So here I am, my pedicure has chipped on multiple toes only 4 days after my pedicure because no base coat was used and my right hand polish is noticeably darker than my left hand, as my left hand only has one coat of the actual color polish. The whole experience felt rushed.

My daughter and I had our nails done here by two different people. Her tech used an additional priming step and mine did not. My gel polish was peeling off after 5 days while hers still looks good almost two weeks later. I did go back after mine started peeling and the three affected nails were redone exactly as they were originally. Three days later, the polish of one the same nails peeled completely off.
