I just come out from this place my nails look like my daughter painting my nails !! It gel all over my fingers!!! very bad looking shape my nails look different shape !! I wanted to cry right now

I have been here a few times because they usually do a decent job. There was a young girl there this time and you can tell she is new by the way she handles your feet. She actually did a pretty good job despite my doubts that she would until it came to using the pumice stone. She used it incorrectly for about 10 seconds per foot. She then proceeded to paint my toe nails. She ran the brush across each toe multiple times and was constantly cleaning polish from my cuticles and toes. The paint was very uneven after the second coat... one of the other ladies that work there then tried to fix it. She didn't bother to remove the choppy polish instead she just tried to smooth it out and paint over it... i just paid, let them dry and walked out... needless to say i have 2 toes that are chipped already because the paint is so thick

Terrible service, old nail polish, and poor quality products. Don't waste your time or money! My pedicure was done in less than 10 minutes. Passed on my mani as a result. This place has a hiring sign in the window; if they don't get good help they're better off closed.

My husband went to get his eyebrows done and when he came back home, I saw that the girl (owner of the salon) didn't take out much of the hairs. We paid $10 for something worth $5! I called her to ask to come over and not only did she give me only 1 hour to show up, she refused to take us the next business day. I said to her that she lost a customer and her response was "ok!". Very unprofessional!!
