Exceptional service. Nail tech that completed my pedicure was gentle, precise and focused on providing quality care. This is now my new nail salon.

I was in need of a wax ASAP so I stopped in to get it done. There was only one worker working on a Saturday morning, waited 25 min I needed it so I didn’t mind. The worker showed me to the wax room and I’ll just post the pics so you can judge for yourself how it looked. The way she did my wax wasn’t sanitary, she used a wooden stick and after applying the stick to my skin she’ll dip the same stick back into the wax. I didn’t notice until she was almost done with my second underarm. After she was done she pulled a bottle from the cabinets which smelled like plain baby oil in another container but hey whatever. When I was done she said “it’s $20, but I’ll charge you $18” don’t you know I had to look at her in her eyes and ask again to see if she was lying lol I was dead on done. $20 for underarm wax. Never again (she told me the price after she was done) I wouldn’t go back or recommend this nail shop, it’s old and need to be UPDATED. Don’t waste your time nor money

I just came to change my gel color and this women here tells me she's going to refile my nails and clean my cuticle and it would be $30. I was disgusted after waiting 30 minutes. How dare she!!!!

This nail salon was absolutely disgusting. I went into the salon in need of a quick repair of just one nail. The variety of colors were scarce. Limiting me to only four color wheels as options for gel polish. This was my first time entering the salon, so as you would at any other salon that you've never been to before, I started to ask questions about pricing and the services they offer. The woman was being very vague and wasn't providing me any direct answers. She just said that it varies in price depending on what you want. She handled me very roughly, and made sure to make me aware that she was agitated to service me because I wasn't getting something that she's used to or more expensive. When it came time for me to checkout, I asked to split the tender between cash and my debt card, and she tried to Pan-handle me and tell me that there was a $10.00 minimum in order for it to be charged via debt/credit card which was more than the actual service I received to fix one nail. So I asked her how was she expecting me to pay and she "made an exception" and charged my card the full tender. This older Vietnamese woman who provided me service was extremely rude, tacky, and had absolutely no concept of good customer service. If you're ever trying to find a new nail salon, or one that's close to your home for convenience, Look elsewhere. Because you will possibly be over charged and definitely disappointed..
