I’m in the military and have had a hard time finding a salon in anchorage. No one has been able to do my curly hair. I have finally found a hair home! Nicole is amazing with my hair, and very informative about products and styling. I will be going here as long as I’m in AK.

My first time there and I can't boast about it enough. I mixed up the dates when I made my appointment and they were very nice to accommodate me. Yesfira is an excellent stylist. She made me laugh and feel very comfortable. She was quite the trooper when it came to waxing my brows. They are not an easy asy accomplishment. Definitely going again! Thank you guys!

So far, I've been to Salon Ginger twice and I have loved my hair after each visit. Kim has been my stylist both times and has always done a phenomenal job. I have thick, heavy hair, and she does a great job lightening it up. She always asks for my opinion on my hair as she goes, which I really appreciate. She's extremely friendly and fun. I have definitely found my go-to salon in Anchorage.

Paid a total of $240.00 for an incomplete, cheap look. In my experience, the salon was disorganized, the stylist was less knowledgeable, and it was expensive for what my actual return was. For the prices charged I would expect better execution and service. Edit: I'd like to also mention that I had sent multiple photos in advance of the look I was looking to get. Those photos were then given to the stylist who then came up with a "battle plan" before my appointment. I'd also like to mention that I came in for two separate visits to work on this look. There was not a lack of communication on my part, and there was ample opportunity for misunderstandings to be squashed. If a look might take so many visits, then it should be expressed that it may take so many visits. If a look may not be doable, that should be expressed as well. I wish that I could have talked to you, Nicole, sooner as well. I showed my displeasure at both appointments with little response.. I'm happy to see not all customers come out so dismayed.
