Manager is unprofessional calls customers stupid (not me but look down below) and should not run a business. This establishment does not appreciate regular customers I was for over 5 years, they will always treat you like strangers. Nails always fall off after 3 days which I thought was normal until going elsewhere. If you have any pride or self respect, or seeking to actually feel good about what your paying for in a business I suggest VIP nails or anywhere else. There really needs to be a Gordon Ramsey edition to establishments.

One of the women who was doing my nails, was very rough with my fingers and was hurting my cuticles. I told her I'm not sure what's wrong but you're coming off as having a problem. I told the manager and u explained that I'm a regular customer in here all the time to get my nails and feet done. Manager stood there let her worker talk to me like I was nothing and gave her no discipline. They just lost a good paying customer. NEVER AGAIN!

The nails came out perfect but I didnt like my eyebrows at all.

I walked in as a first time customer and the receptionist was rude. She kept saying there closing soon come back tomorrow. I usually work long shifts being in the medical field. I was in the area before closing hours and had free time. I guess they didn't need the extra business and money.😝
