I walked in on 8/21/18 for the first time. No customers and 3 staff lounging on sofas playing on their phones. Not a good impression. I was greeted courteously by one man, and chose color for my pedicure. As is my custom, I checked the bathroom first. The toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month, and dirty cleaning cloths were drying on the handicap handrails. YUCK!!! If they don't pay attention to simple things like this, I'm not going to risk an infection by having a pedicure!. I then pointed out the problems and said I'm not staying. The manager proceeded to cuss me out and escorted me to the door saying, "Get the F... out." NO PROBLEM. Never going there again.

So I've been going here for 9 months and it was good at first. The tech did my nails beautifully, then gradually got worse. I will not refer ANYONE to this place .They butchered my nails when I asked for the acrylics to be removed for a while. Seriously butchered my nails. They're paper thin and still have patches of hard acrilic on them.

Very bad customer service charged me $60 for artifical nails that are tips i would never recommend this place
