the owner lady at the first chair did my nails all crooked and lumpy while she was talking on the phone the entire time in a loud obnoxious voice. she did my friend’s nail last week all crooked too. the guy at table 5 fix everything when he filled my nails. He was really nice and good. I ask him for his name but he said everyone here was good. I tried to come back for another fill with him but only saw the owner was free. I walked away. THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THE 6 FEET APART RULE!

I haven’t been here in a while but went shopping in southridge so decided to get a fill. The women in the first chair did my nails and it was fast and BAD! Three of nails are crooked and 2 are fat! I had gel polish stuck to my skin too. Paid around $40

I wanted to pay using my phone, I even offered to pay for my services before I even got my nails done because it was new to them. We tried a transaction for a $1 and it went through as if I was using my actual card and they still would not let me do it. They lady was very rude to me.

Unprofessional and rude... these two things translate in any language. I have been going here for years but after today’s experience I will not be back! Lots of great nail salons in the area. This is just not one of them!
