I have been a regular customer since this salon opened. I have had manicures and pedicures by almost every nail tech. The salon is clean and safe. The nail techs are well trained, they listen and work hard to meet the objectives of the client. I love the water-less pedicures. They have found a relaxing, soothing and impactful way to provide a high quality pedicure experience while saving our planet’s water resources. They are usually ahead of the curve in knowledge, techniques, and information about safe and hygienic solutions for nails. And they have beautiful polishes and provide great service at a reasonable price. They do an amazing job!

I had a lovely experience at Lacquer. Destiny did a fantastic manicure and Christine did an awesome pedicure. I replay enjoyed the more sustainable experience. Unfortunately I will always remember my visit on May 26 as I lost my Rolex somewhere between the downtown location at 210 Guadalupe and parking lot on 3rd and Guadalupe. If anyone finds a ladies date adjust Rolex with two tone band, rose gold face and diamonds for numbers, the shop has my details. A $500 reward if its returned. A police report has been filed so it should be difficult to pawn.

I live in NYC and walked in on a work trip for a mani pedi. They told me they couldn't fit in a full service but could do a "touch up" where they cleaned up my nails and put on polish. Sure, I said, sounds better than nothing. Little did I know, better than nothing would cost me over $80, before tip. Legitimately they cut my cuticles, filed my nails, and put on polish. I had sticker shock (and I live in NYC where a cocktail can put you back $18). Any salon in NYC that charged this much would include almost countless other amenities - if I wanted to file my nails and put on polish I could definitely do that myself for

The place was really nice & clean. The staff was friendly. However, three of my gel nails peeled off in two days. It's not even a week later and my gel manicure has turned colors & is starting to crack. I already went in once to correct the pedicure and I just don't have time to keep going back in to fix things when the entire combination was 3x more than what I normally pay. Was it a nice facility? Yes. Do I recommend it for the extra amount you pay? No.

Comfy, modern, and clean! They don’t have soakers here which was new for me. Service was excellent and technicians were meticulous.
