I have been coming to Kelly's for over 10 years & learned that my regular nail tech "Amy" no longer works there. Today I went to a tech name "LiLi" to get my nails taken off & found her to be rude. I explained to her when using the drill to be more gentle as my nails burn easy. She burned me 3 times & each time I explained that she had to drill slower. She looked at me rude as if I was making an unreasonable request. Not only do I get Pedicures here, but I have brought Kelly's additional business through MULTIPLE referrals. Due to my experience today, I will NEVER return and take my business elsewhere. Thank you Mary for the best Pedicures and Amy for doing a terrific job on my nails. Thank you Jake for your kind service over the years.

Kelly Nails is the BEST!! They have the BEST nail techs and customer service. Kelly and her husband are always on hand to make sure everyone is happy and satisfied.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon since I was 16 years old. All the staff is very friendly, and my nails always look great. I’ve been to other nail salons, but keep coming back to Kelly Nails. They are the best in the valley!

It took them 3 HOURS to do my acrylic gel nails! (Btw my friend and I were the only two there) I was switched between the two women Kelly and Vickie, Vickie seemed to not know how to do acrylics at all as I heard Kelly telling her how to do it! They also did my friends nails, filed her nails until they bled and pinched her so hard with the nail clippers it almost made her bleed! They walked around barefoot. Dropped their tools on the ground and then put them back without cleaning them. Will never be back.

Most men would not post a review on a nail salon, however I am not most so here goes....My wife has been going to Kelly Nails for awhile now. As I was sitting in waiting area watching football I notice several men in the pedicure chairs and decided next visit I will try. What did I have to lose... So next visit came around which is on a strict two week interval... Do not mess with the nail appt. time..We arrived and I was sat in the chair and soaking my feet. The next hour was one of the best experiences that I have ever had. It was great and with the hot rocks its was very relaxing. I now know why those guys were sitting next to their wives or gfs getting it done. So I can highly recommend... But hey try it yourself as I am only a guy typing a review on a nail salon...
