Would not recommend ever getting your nails done here. First they pushed our 9:00am bridal party appt back 30 minutes to 9:30am. Then they were an extra 20 min LATE to our appts so we didn’t even start until 9:50am. Whoever was doing my nails did not seem like they knew what they were doing at all. She ended up filing off 1/4 of my NAILBED.. and when I screamed “ouch!” and pulled my hand away, she just grabbed my finger back and smiled like it was okay. She was extremely rough. Then she went back and started filing my RAW nailbed AGAIN. I immediately pulled my hand away and told her to stop filing. It was the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. My shellac looked awful, my cuticles were bloody, and part of my nailbed was filed completely OFF! I was in so much discomfort. No apologies, no discount, nothing!
