my doctor is very nice and polite but the people at the desk have terrible service and are very rude. They make you feel like you’re bothering them and the communication between them is pathetic. If you have any questions don’t bother calling the phone number because the people who answer the phones don’t even talk to the nurses, doctor, or people at the desk.

Never had a problem. I just gone for blood work a few times and have never spent more than 10 minutes. I usually go in the early morning.

Positive Feedback:
1. The Service provided by the doctor was good. Dr Khan is excellent.
2. The place is neat and clean
3. Little wait time; they maintain the appointment time.
Negative Feedback:
1. The Patient Access Representatives’ lack communication skills and often time speak in a rude/offensive manner.
2. On many occasion, the patient access representative/nurse wrote down wrong date of birth and sent out wrong health information to the specialist. They are not sincere and careful with the sensitive health information.
3. I called and made an appointment to be seen by a doctor. I went there on time only to find out they made my appointment for a lab test instead of doctors appointment. Due to their negligence, I wasted my valuable time and had to come home with throat pain. They didn’t let me see a doctor and instead suggested to go to the urgent care. I spoke to the supervisor and that was complete waste of time as she only kept typing and typing on her computer forever only to notify me that they cannot let me see a doctor on that day. Not even a single person would apologize for their mistake.
4. I went for a blood test but there was another test that also needed to be done but nobody told me about that. I had to find out that information through my Geisinger app and later go another day for the other lab work.

This is the friendliest medical facility I have ever been to; Dr. Doran was really nice and helped me with what I wanted help with.

I agree the women at the desk could be nicer , they make u feel like ur a bother. Some of thr nurses,are nice some are rude. I prefer the Dallas office , bit i live 2 min ftom this Kingston office.
