Something wrong here. The phone listed forwards to a former employee's phone who hasn't worked there in over a year.

After leaving 2 messages without response I made an appointment elsewhere. Interesting.

Wonderful experience. As a first timer at this nail salon I was pleasantly surprised.Shannon did a regular mani on my natural nails and it was perfect! She helped me pick a solid pink color by Essie and even gave me the almond shape that I admired. Very courteous and efficient salon for those who are picky about their nails. Warm decor and relaxing. I used to only do my own nails but will be stopping by Sasse Nails every time I get a manicure. Call to make an appointment!

My experience here was horrible throughout. After I scheduled my appointment on my birthday I got a call saying that they scheduled me with someone who does not work on that day and had to reschedule me for later that week. I asked for a call if any openings were available on the original day I asked for which they said they would gladly do. The evening of my birthday I got a message on my phone from them saying that they had no cancellations and that they were going to cancel my new appointment as well. No reason as to why they canceled my appointment again. I spent the next several days calling them throughout the day with no answer. I left several messages asking for a call back as to why they canceled my appointment and never got a call back. Finally on the morning of that appointment I got a hold of some who told me they never canceled the appointment. No explanation as to why they called and told me they did. Once I arrived the woman was very rude. They had a pretty small selection of colors. After settling for an okay color for my feet and paying extra for french on my fingers I had to poor service. My french nails have a glump of very thick polish on the tips. It seems like very poor quality, thick polish. The nails were all uneven, there was glitter on one nail, bubbles on several nails, parts where the white of my real nail was showing and parts where the white covered 1/3 of my nail. On top of this my fingertips and cuticles are covered in a coat of clear polish. I would ask for corrections here and there (she would half correct them) and wish I had just asked her to do the whole thing again. I am not that picky of a person, I do expect professionals to be able to do them at least as well as I can.

It appears if you have a groupon you are a second class citizen. I live 2 hours from the city. Tried twice to schedule two weeks in advance but no openings. Finally got in by telling them my groupon is going to expire and I only get to the cities a few times a year. The price was great with groupon but it is hard to get in contact with them so what's the point? Seemed like they rushed through my mani and pedi
