My sister-in-law scheduled an appointment for my Mom at 1:00 p.m. on July 28, 2018. I arrived with my Mom 15 minutes early. We were told by the owner that there was a 20 minute wait. My Mom was not seated until 1:20 p.m.
There was another woman who came in about 15 minutes after our arrival and she was seated at the same time my Mom was, no waiting for her and her pedicure was started before my Mother's pedicure.
Did I mention that of course my Mother and I are women of color? Well we are and I can tell you that this establishment does not cater to many of us.
If I could give Jo Nails a zero rating, I would. No tip will be left and I will not be bringing my Mother back.

The work here is very good and prices are fair. I love my girl, Linda. She is amazing!
