I absolutely love these people. Not only do they do great nails but they are kind people. I love how they treat their customers and the quality of nails is always good. They are the best in spokane in my opinion 🥰.

I was in Spokane for a wedding and didn't have time to get my nails done before I left Portland. I did a quick Google search which showed Hi Tek nearby. I walked in and was blown away by the service. Everyone was really kind and friendly. I got in right away and they did a beautiful job. If I lived in Spokane this would be my go-to nail salon. Amazing!

Such an amazing job on my dip nails. Very friendly service and love the location as I walk downtown often. Can’t say enough good things about them!

This place is the best ive been to in Spokane. Great, long massages with pedicures and they do flawless nails (lots of options). I do recommend an appointment . They are very friendly and so polite as well.

Pros:
- Accepted as a walk-in for a shellac mani-pedi last Friday Aug 9th
- Nice, kind and customer-service oriented young man did part of my pedicure and let me know it was $35 for the service
Cons:
- Terrible quality work; my nails were not properly prepared and then not completely or professionally painted with gaps and missing corners on both my toes and fingers; one little toenail less than 1/2 painted and there was polish left around the nails on both my hands and feet. (Photo of mani is from immediately following the appointment)
- I had to walk in bare feet across the salon and put my feet on a towel used by multiple other clients to have my toes painted by the owner who was sitting on the floor
- The polish peeled within 2 days and my nails looked far worse than before the appointment
- Called and left a message but never received a reply from the business which is poor customer service - much better to deal with concerns when you are contacted.
The final insult was that I was charged $85 which means the manicure was $50 - this total cost of $85 was not even in keeping with the advertised price inside the salon. This overcharging leaves a really bad impression and I will never return here and would not recommend their services at all.
