There customer service is horrible. Screwed up our couples room reservation April 7th and rescheduled us for May 5th. They called us May 3rd and said that my girlfriend therapist would not be licenced in time for our appointment and would like to reschedule for another appointment in June. I told her that this was unacceptable, we have been waiting way to long for my girlfriend's birthday massage and they need to figure it out. She said there was nothing she could do. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!!!
BTW My girlfriend's birthday was April 5th!!!

I am so very pleased with my recent visit. Coralynn did an excellent job and I left feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated. I will definitely be back.

As a former employee at a different massage envy, I’m appalled at the customer service at this location. I had to call 3 times during normal business hours on different days to actually get to talk to someone. And I did leave a message the first time I called and I never received a call back. When I finally got to schedule a massage the girl seemed unknowledgable about massage. Not that I think it was her fault, just a lack of training. I forgot about my massage tonight, and I do feel really bad for the therapist because they won’t be getting paid for their time tonight, but the girl who called me called almost 25 minutes into my appointment and was extremely rude. Accusing me saying “you know you missed your appointment tonight”. I apologized and said, I’m sorry I completely forgot, I didn’t get a call or anything. She responded saying I had a note in my account saying I didn’t want any calls from the location. Not sure how that’s possible since I haven’t been to that one before, just a former employee from a store in Oregon. Again, I feel bad for the therapist but the customer service here was so terrible I didn’t want to go in for the remainder of the time.

It happen to be a previous employee did not set my account up correctly when I opened the account. All was corrected. Thank you again Victoria!
