DONT COME HERE! Very rude establishment! The best thing they do is brows and lashes ! I went and spent almost $100 (nails feet etc )on services for my polish was dry before I left due to the fact I had got my nails done last ! The next morning I showered and my polish was faded ! The by the time I got to my event that Saturday my nail broke then by Sunday night 3 we’re missing ! I came in to get my nails replaced and EVERYONE WAS RUDE! Yelling at me the whole work told me to shut up because he’s being doing nails longer than I’ve been born ! (Will attach his photo !) don’t come here. !

Took my girlfriend here and she hated the experience because the people working there were so rude and didn’t do what she wanted on her nails and not even a day later her nails are falling off and chipping when she wanted no chip gel manicure. When she went back and asked for them to do it they said no and to not tell them what to do or tell them their mistakes. Horrible experience would never recommend zero stars if possible

I wanted 10 different colored nails, the nail dude kept complaining how it was gonna be too much work and kept saying how it was gonna be extra money. (But arent I the one paying) when you first walk in they have the tiniest price sign ever and called me and my sister before I could even check the prices. After he tells me the different colors he says its 10$ extra and I ask for the original price and I'm told my nails would be 55$. For no chip and acrylic. I didnt even ask for no chip. My sister got a basic manicure tho she did ask for no chip. She wanted an orange color and it's not even fully coloring her nails. They look sheer and like she did them herself. Not the 40$ they are claiming they are. 95$ all together for a set of mails that would have been about 50$ all together at any other nail salon. Totally not worth the price at all.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! MY ACRYLICS STARTED FALLING OFF 2 DAYS AFTER I GOT THEM! Only reason I went was because the place I usually go to is always a little busy so I saw this place that was empty(which now thinking, should’ve been an automatic red flag but at the time I just saw the ladies smile and they looked nice) and thought let me try it. But instead was rushed for no reason since there was no one else even there other then my mom who I went with. I had like two or three people trying to do my mani and pedi at the same time? I’ve never been to a place that does that. The ladies gave attitude and there opinion is the only one that matters I guess because I wanted almond shaped nails to which I got a dirty look and rude comments on how almond shaped are for old people and I need coffin shaped and like I understood but they could’ve said it in a nicer way and I thought “customers were always right” but not in this case. And they didn’t even do the acrylics correctly because some were a little crooked but still noticeable and bumpy and all of them were thick because they didn’t file them down correctly so they were overall awful. So the nails falling off 2 days later weren’t even a surprise or the worst part. I was actually kind of happy they fell off on their own because I didn’t want to have to take them off myself or pay them even more to take them off since everything was already way overpriced. In the end the next time I got my nails done I went back to the more busy place which is across from Ford City Mall called Nail Spa: 4837 W 77th St, Burbank, IL 60459 (which I recommend). They take their time to do everything the customer wants with no dirty looks or rude comments.
