This place is awesome. I walked in and was greeted very politely but a young man and was given a nice cold water bottle which I loved. I asked if she could have coffin style and she did a great job. She took her time and she did matte which I wanted and she also did a great job at that. The only faults I had was she made my finger bleed because she was filing to hard and she would answer her calls while doing my nails. Other than that, everything was good

It's more 3.5. Super clean and bright. Polishes are "fresh" and lined up nicely by color. The tech did a good job but wasn't friendly at all. It was reasonably priced at $18 with cut down. No extras like trimming of cuticles or hand massage. I would probably go there again since cleanliness and good polish are my priorities.

Horrible experience. greeted by non smiling annoyed woman.
Should have walked out. not sure why I didn't.
Was supposed to be relaxing. very uncomfortable because she seemed mad the whole time. Wish I left. I will never return to that place.

Not sure what all the 5 star reviews are based on, but I gave this place a fair shot (3 visits) and I will not be going back. The salon is clean and the prices are competitive with others' in the area - one star for each of those reasons. Otherwise, this place lacks any kind of redeeming quality. The techs aren't friendly at all, the place is always a ghost town (which should have been a warning sign, but alas...) and the quality of the work is just below average. I'm not super picky with my nails. Usually if I notice something small I can ignore it and wait til my next scheduled fill, but I will be going back tonight to ask them to redo my GEL polish which, a day later, is still "tacky".
Reduced to one star. My dumb-ass tried this spot again. Nail tech didn't speak a lick of English and I don't think he knew how to do a pedicure. Was def copying off the lady next to me. I really won't be back this time. I've ended up here more than once cuz it's always empty and I've never had an appointment.
