Got my nails done there lady didn’t even clean up my nails after she was done, didn’t even clean my old nail polish so you can see the old black nail polish, the nail shape isn’t even the same, one looks like elf’s hat, all the nails look like a different shape, I also had nail glue under my fingers, lady didn’t look like she knew what she was doing, left me waiting for 30 minutes and over charged me and it was basic French tip, looked like a neon pink and not like my skin color/clear (I’m a poc) .

Gina and all the ladies that work here are always super sweet and do their job well, had a bad experience with one lady here a couple weeks ago an older Asian lady she seemed to be in a rush and was rude to me when I told her to please fix something I didn’t like this hasn’t happened to me here before this but it wasn’t a pleasant experience

I got my nails done by Gina once and she does an amazing job but her other employees do not seem to know what they're doing I had no other choice but to get my nails done yesterday with 2 random ladies since Gina was not there.Every time I asked a question they seemed confused the nail tech doing a gel manicure with acrylic around my own nail cut me several times seemed like she was bothered to perform her job . On top of everything else I was over charged for something so simple NEVER EVER GOING BACK AGAIN.

This nail salon continues to be worth the trip for me. However due keep in mind there could be a wait for certain things even with an appointment as there is walk ins and they have some priority.
HOWEVER!
the appointment allows for a tech to be ready for you maybe not right away but in some minutes. Specially for things like Nail sets/Fill ins.
BUT!
the owner will make you get things to prep you in the mean time so you are waiting long and speed the process which is AWESOME.
I had to get my tips removed after almost 3 weeks since some were coming off. And got them re-done. I went with a French this time and I am so in love!
Might be my new favorite style!

My mom will always come here and I decided to get a fill in. They were very patient and had good suggestions. I'm so happy with them and their array of colors😍
I can see complaints for the wait but with how things are, I prefer safety even if it means waiting longer for nail tech.
You CAN do appointments by calling for sure or the old school walk in which my mom does but I like to make appointments.
