The worst experience ever. When I asked to cut my cuticles the manicurist said she’ll just touch it a bit. When I said I’d love her to cut it more she said it’s against NYC law (!!) and I should use moisturizers instead so my cuticles won’t be so dry. When she was done with one hand, I said I’m not satisfied how she cut it, and she said she tried her best and suggested me to talk to the front desk about it. Seriously??? I was so shocked that I just left. I couldn’t believe people pay more than $40 (with tax and tips) for such service and manicure.

Was there on vacation and got a manicure, it lasted just over 3 weeks! Very fast but careful at the same time . I would definitely go back next time I’m in the city

They do a great job and magically make your feet look and feel like new. Ask for Christine if you can although she is very busy .. she is the best!
Prices are fair too. Its located in the mall adjacent to the car wash where your car can get a mani pedi at the same time.

I came with my daughter for a pedicure while staying in New York and can highly recommend Valley Nails. Beautifully clean and so relaxing (particularly the foot and lower leg massage) that we both nearly feel asleep! Brilliant pedicure and brilliant service!

While on holiday I needed to get my nails re done - I got gel/shellac manicure.... 3 weeks later they're all still on and perfect! This was by far the BEST gel/shellac manicure I have ever had!
