Amy and her staff know how to take care of their customers. Always smiling, and very courtesy! Plus, their products they use last! I can get my nails done and have no worries!

HORRIBLE NAILS! I literally cried after getting them so ugly and then fell off not even a week later. The lady that did my nails pretended not to understand me but then after talk in English perfectly. Do not waist your time here horrible job

They really try to work you over for more $ but they do a Decent job just cost alot

Absoulutly worst experience today! I asked for a cat-eye gel manicure, since I've never gotten the cat-eye I didn't say anything when the lady started putting a dark bronze color on my nail (color I picked was supposed to be pink) BTW the owner brought her the color to use. I asked is this the base for cat-eye, lady says "yes 2 coats".. clearly language barrier, she must not have understood my question. When she started apply another coat of the dark bronze color I said the color I wanted was pink not this dark almost black color. She tells the owner, Amy, she comes over and says oh sorry my mistake! Amy takes over but she didn't take the dark color off, instead starts apply the color I wanted over the dark. I didn't want to say anything, thought she must know what she's doing and plus I'll wait and see how they come out. As you can see clearly, they're awful! You can see the dark on the sides, looks like my nails are dirty!! I told her I'm not happy, you can see the dark. She tries to tell me "no it's fine". I told her no it's not and I'm not paying full price for this and had I more time to waste, I would have made her do them over but after an hour I just wanted to get out there! I did pay them half price for a sucky job, just to be fair but honestly they should have not charged me at all, since now I'll have to go elsewhere to get them fixed. DO NOT waist your time or $ here!! If I could I'd give them a 0 rating!
