Made an appointment via phone. The lady who answered was friendly and the appointment time was very specific (:10 after the hour) so I expected them to be on top of things. Arrived 2-3 minutes early, was told my technician was finishing up with someone else, no big deal. I picked out some polish and waited...and waited...and waited. Finally after I’d been there for 25 minutes (more than 20 after my scheduled time) I put the polish back and left. Never got any sort of update on what was happening, and the clerk playing on her phone didn’t seem to notice me leave.

I'm never disappointed in the majority of my experiences with this place, the ambiance is great, the customer service great too, they've never cut me or made me bleed, but every time I go here, I'm disappointed after the fact. It's like I could have just painted my toenails myself. It's either sloppy... too sheer, or the worst: it bubbles because it's painted on too thick. I love this place and if they fixed the skill level as far as painting on the polish, I'd never go to another place. Even though I'd love to support Nailed, I'm tired of paying for a pedicure that doesn't last a week; I already want to take of my toenail polish that's not even a week old. There are several places in SL at which you can get a pedicure that looks good for two weeks, up to a month.

I've been to Nailed a handful of times but this most recent visit was a major turn off. I had bitten a fingernail on each hand and apologized to the manicurist telling her I knew the gel might not bond as well on the shorter nail but that I understood and this was a major achievement for me as a chronic nail biter (haha) since my other nails were all quite long. The rest of my appointment was about how gross I was, it made my technician want to vomit that I would ever bite my nails, she found the whole thing disgusting and gross and didn't hide it from me at all. That's never happened before, I seriously can't be the only person who has bitten their finger nails... it seemed over the top, unwelcoming, and rude. I won't go back after this experience.

I wish I could post a pic on here, but I think my fiancé could do a better job on the pedicure! I left with bumpy & lumpy polish that didn’t even cover my entire nail bed. To top it off, she put my shoes on before the paint, which initially I thought was a great idea to spare my toes from being scuffed but with nothing to protect my shoes, sadly she painted my sandals too and I now have red splotches on my sandals.

Went with my mom and got a pedicure Danielle and Mary did ours. They were amazing!!! This location is so much fun such a great vibe. Danielle even had time to do a mani and my nails and toes look great same with my moms. We will come back anytime. Well worth the money. Also this location seemed very clean!!!
