I fell in love with this place. I have upcoming appointment tomorrow and so excited to get my nails done. My past two appointments with Ayumi was just great. She is super attentive and detailed; I am truly amazed of her skill! Also, they always get my nail shape right which is very important to me (sometimes more than colors). Reservation could be hectic but worth every penny!

Excellent customer service. Their chairs were really comfortable. Salon was clean.

Very unprofessional, they will help their race first and then help the rest Waited for 20 minuets and was told to have a seat then an Asian comes in and gets help right away second time this happens definitely not going back
