I wanted you he gel manicure. The woman was rushing through the manicure, she showed me the sample I agreed and it came out to be higher priced. It was called the cat eye. She did not know how to apply it. My hands were under the lamp for way too long. Each step around 2 minutes. As the result the scin was extremely dehydrated and she applied oil ONLY when I asked. The whole experience was a disaster. For $37 I got my gel manicure cure that lasted for 2 days only. Will never return!

I'm never the one to write reviews but this time I had to. Took my daughter for her 10th birthday to get nails and pedicure. Let's just say the moment we walked in we were not greeted or acknowledged and finally one of the ladies came to help we picked colors and stuff but there was another lady who was already doing someone else's nails I just happened to sit next to her far away from her and she gave me a nasty look and said don't move my table very rudely and basically told me to go sit somewhere else. The customer service here is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. I will not recommend anyone here and it sucks because you come to spa to relax and getaway from all your troubles and then come to here for more negative vibe.

They don't scrub feet properly and lack professionalism. This salon needs help.
