I am very displeased with the service received at this location. Due to a power outage, the Newport location sent us to the Middletown service. The receptionist fit us in later that evening with ample time and said it was possible. I had an appointment for a full set and felt very rushed the entire time and that I was not welcomed. I showed the tech what I wanted and she said it was possible to do but what I received was extremely far off from what I requested was extremely displeased with the end product as I had to pay $100. The tech convinced me to do a more expensive nail and the end result was not what I had wanted. She talked on the phone while she was filing my nails and was not paying attention. Multiple nails were filed crooked and were not the same shape and length. If the salon did not want us for an appointment we should not have been scheduled in the evening as well feeling rushed. I am extremely displeased with the service I received and how my nails came out after I was promised they were doable for $100.

It was bad enough when the raised the price for a basic pedicure from $30 to $45 after the pandemic. But now they started charging $5 to remove a gel polish, even if you’re getting another gel manicure! Sick to death of this place squeezing money out of their customers...there are lots of other places to go..

It was a nice experience. .. a friend was treating... and so I had my very first pedicure. .. and foot massage... I would go again....

I had a pedicure with Tom. He was great! The extra care he took with each toe was the best I've ever had. Although I think they are pricey. But he was great!
