I went in simply to have a set removed and the male nail technician was prompt in his response to my request. Not only was he thorough in his work, but held pleasant conversation all the while maintaining other customers in between. Definitely recommend for the outstanding customer service provided

Yes I totally agree . Wonderful customer service , the nail work is outstanding and is quality👌, beautiful nail colors , nail techs engage in conversation makes you feel comfortable and the hours are so convenient .. I’m sold this is my new nail place

I can honestly say i had the best experience! My first time being here and after my nail tech decided to dump me off they were more then eager to tend to me. Vinny, Tommy & their staff accomadafed everything i requested. Vinny did PHENOMENAL on my nails, i was a little on edge coming to a new nail place and going back to another product. I can say that it was my best experience and i will be sure to come back. My nails were perfect and more then i could ask for. Thanks again guys 💖

Great customer service! Great nail techs! First place where i actually like where i did my nails. Tommy is an amazing nail tech!

Its way to often your told its a 15 min wait, while its actually 25-30 min wait. Its OK to be honest about your wait times! Today I walked out after being told 10-15 min for regular manicure, but actually waiting 30 min and still not even close to being seen. Shame on you for not being honest!
