Been a customer for a year now. The past two times I've been service has slacked. Lack of detail, cheap polish, dont speak to people when they enter. Very different attitude towards customers since i first started coming. I was there yesterday and that was my last time there. I will now be going elsewhere.

First time here and I can say they now have me as a life time customer! Super friendly and did an amazing job on my nails and feet. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely terrible. No OPI polish selection, just cheap brands you've never heard of... Booked an 11 A.M. appointment, took an hour to be seen. They have two menus for their pedicures; one that includes the different tiers of options (starting at $25) and one that starts at $40 for different types of lotions you can add on. I watched them offer up the $40 menu to people who didn't know any better or to ask for the basic $25 option. And after two and half hours from start to finish, they didn't even cut my cuticles with my gel manicure and I had to ask for lotion because he didn't offer to massage my hands when I was done. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Pampered and relaxed. My nails are perfect and the deluxe pedi is to die for. I never go anywhere else. Jennifer is the best!
