This is a usual JCPenneys department store. It is brightly lit, clean and well stocked. You can usually find knowledgeable sales people on the floor.
The departments are stocked with the latest styles at reasonable prices.
The store is inside the Queens Mall, but it is visible from traffic. The entrances are all handicap friendly. The main aisles are wide enough for wheel chairs, as well as some secondary aisles. Between clothing racks, it is too tight for a chair or walker. The paid parking is shared with the mall and has ample handicap spots.
I enjoy coming to this store and will usually find what I came in for. The clothing styles are attractive and are not directed only to teenagers, but to men, women and children of all ages and sizes. I heartily recommend this store.

Not sure if the inventories are most updated. I see some old style clothes where other jc pennies has a lot more variety in design, style and colors. Customer service is great though.

The JCPenney Portrait Study is the reason I visit here. I don't generally but anything else, since Target is more convenient with better prices. But the portrait studio does an excellent job for our kids' bday photos and our annual family portrait.

I always shop at this location because their customer service is awesome. Employees are very helpful and polite. Prices and quality of merchandise is good.

This is a pretty large JCPenney with plenty of clothing most of it being their own Brands but their own brands do have a lot of styles and options to choose from. Also is a very nice looking store or not to run down and usually everything is nice and orderly in the store and you can find what you're looking for very easily.
