I call and make an appointment for Emily. She is so detailed and thorough it keeps me coming back. The gel nails I get here last longer than anywhere else (about a month). The basic pedicure I get feels like so much more and she's sweet to talk to as well. Price is average with other places I have been to.

The receptionist was very rude and wouldn’t allow my entire party of only 3 to be serviced after I called ahead for appointments. The owner made very slick comments with a racist undertone to it while in conversation with me during my service. If you want to be judged and disrespected w/o reason this is the place to be. I’ll never spend a dime here again!!

Horrible customer service. Owner wanted to argue with me for 20+ minutes over the phone when I called to request a refund for a service I had to come back in and get fixed. Then while I was there to get them fixed they played musical technicians and left me waiting in between constantly. Once it was time for me to leave they tried to charge me again to have it fixed. A total of $42 dollars later (not including original tip) and 2 1/2+ wastes hours all the solution they gave me was to come back in and they’d remove my nails then refund me for leaving with NOTHING. horrible people and salon. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!

BEWARE, came in just to get a polish change on lunch break. Service was $9 dollars, I included a 20% tip. Totaling $11 even. MERCHANT ADDED ADDITONAL TIP, TOTALING $13, this is just shady and uneithcal business practices, along with the fact that no prices are posted, NO thank you once you leave, and standard services that you can get anywhere but with a added price. Check your bank statements after leaving. Will be disputing and no longer patronize this bussiness
