I came in wanting a specific design that required a cream colored base. The nail tech used a bright baby pink base for some reason. Because of that, I decided not to get the design because it would have looked ridiculous. Instead, I decided to just do a solid color polish. Not only was the polish color significantly different on my nails than it was on the sample, but now the polish is peeling off in chunks less than 48 hours later.
I also requested for my nails to be as short as possible because of my job, and somehow my nails ended up being way too long. When I pointed out they were too long, the tech said they had to be that long so she could shape them. This is simply not true. I have gotten this same shape much shorter dozens of times at other salons.
This manicure was $50 wasted and I will never be back.

Got my nails done last Thursday; asked for curved without the limps but Tee was in a marathon to get no where and this is what happened and still nails were not smooth. my first and last time visiting. And I tipped,

I’ve been coming here ever since I moved to the area and I’ve always been satisfied. I personally like Alan on my nails, he always does a great job no matter what crazy design I come with.

When I tell you they are AMAZING they’re truly AMAZING! I’ve been going floor years to Lee for my nails, Dawn for my design, Kenny for my pedicure, and Steven does my daughter nails. It’s some stop shop and the customer service is awesome. Check them out you will not regret it

I came to Znails for the first time today and I'm very impressed. I was able to make a same day appointment and got a great service. They took their time on my pedicure, lash extensions and brow wax. I got a full set acrylic toes/gel polish for only $50 and it was completely worth it. I will continue to come back.
