Now, the language barrier never really bothered me because all it takes is a little patience to communicate what you want. However, I will never come back to this salon! They do not listen and take entirely too long! I went in for a simple mani/pedi and sat in the salon for almost 2 hours with only one person ahead of me! I’m not picky at all and I appreciate the hard work that goes into doing nails, but- my nails are trash! Not to mention I wanted a simple manicure and ended up with acrylic on my fingers. Finally, the icing on the cake; I was charged 50 dollars for my service, fine. When I got home I checked my bank statement and they took an extra 8 dollars from me when I never left a tip for their poor service! NEVER GO HERE!

I went in on a Friday afternoon and it was dead - i was glad lol i had called ahead but it's always a chance of waiting and i try to avoid that as much as possible. i got a fill for my acrylic stiletto nails w gel polish and my nails are super lumpy bro! one broke and my nail lady will do free repairs if it's been less than 2 weeks - but i went to glamour nails this time :/ overall the price was fine and the lady who did my nails was very friendly and nice but these lumpy nails just wont do so i don't think i'll come back. it was just convenient after work that day but in the future i'll keep going to my nail lady by my house.

I figured I’d give them a chance since I recently moved to the neighborhood. Honestly I’ll never do it again. They did a bad job on my mani and pedi. My feet feel rough, they never exfoliated them well. The water was too hot and burned me even though I told them it was too hot- twice. My acrylic nail mani ended up having to be refiled and shaped somewhere else because I had nails that were crooked. I told my technician and they only would barely fix one nail. I’d say it again and again. My technician was also extremely rude with how she grabbed my hands and how she reacted when she KEPT CUTTING the skin by my nails with the tool. Honestly, never again. I’m surprised they’re still open because their nail swatches for colors are even disgusting and look like they have some sticky residue on them.
At this point I’m just waiting for the signs and symptoms of an infection. It was terrible. I wish I could give them zero stars.
